Overview of processing

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optional phone, message text) and technically necessary metadata to handle your request. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient handling). The IP address of contact form submissions may be stored for abuse prevention and security.

Contact form submissions may be stored in this application’s database for handling and traceability. Retention until the request is completed and thereafter as required by commercial/tax retention rules where applicable.

Web analytics (after consent)
