AI inbox, automation & multi-tenant mail ops

Multi-tenant mail client (Laravel 13, Livewire, Inertia/Vue): IMAP and Microsoft Graph OAuth, scheduled inbound sync, multiple mailboxes per tenant, threaded inbox, server-side folder ops, and sorting/filtering by date, sender, subject, and AI urgency (urgent → low). Spatie Permission with plan limits for mailboxes, users, and monthly AI quota.

Full AI integration (Mind-Verse): new mail is analyzed automatically — short summary, urgency with rationale, category, detected ticket/reference IDs, affected org/site, folder suggestion, and confidence score. Attachment text (PDF, DOCX, TXT, etc.) is included; deadlines and appointments (court, reply, meetings) are extracted, surfaced as badges, and can raise priority. Optional auto-apply urgency and move to suggested folders, including server-side moves via jobs.

Rule engine with classic conditions (from/to/subject/body, contains/regex, AND/OR) plus AI instructions as an extra matcher. Actions: move, forward (AI-generated intro/translation, CC/BCC from instruction), set priority, mark read/starred, auto-reply as draft or send — with daily stats and stop-on-match. Forwards that lack AI content are not sent empty; they retry with backoff.

Global AI assistant (chat + SSE): tools to list mailboxes/folders, search mail, summarize, draft replies, compose and send, move messages, trigger sync. In the inbox: draft replies, proofreading, translation, compose-from-notes. Bulk communication center with templates and snippets — a focused product line for inbox and automation, without CRM woven into the mail flow.
